Originality
By submitting a manuscript to the International Journal for Scientific Research in Modern Engineering and Science (IJSRMES), authors acknowledge and agree to comply with the journal's publication policies and applicable terms.
Authors confirm that the submitted manuscript is original and that all sources, ideas, data, figures, and other materials obtained from third parties have been appropriately acknowledged.
Exclusive Submission
A manuscript submitted to IJSRMES should not simultaneously be under consideration by another journal.
Authors should notify the editorial office if the manuscript has been previously published or substantially overlaps with another publication.
Authorship
All listed authors should have made meaningful contributions to the research and manuscript and should approve the final submitted version.
Changes in authorship after submission should be communicated to and approved by the editorial office and, where appropriate, all affected authors.
Manuscript Preparation
Authors must prepare manuscripts according to the current IJSRMES Author Guidelines and manuscript template where applicable.
The journal may return manuscripts that do not comply with essential submission requirements.
Peer Review
Submitted manuscripts may undergo editorial screening and peer review.
The journal reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet its academic, ethical, or editorial requirements.
Editorial Decisions
Editorial decisions are based on factors including:

- Reviewer recommendations where applicable.
Submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication.
Article Processing Charges
Where applicable, an Article Processing Charge may be payable for accepted manuscripts.
Any applicable charge should be communicated to the author before payment.
Authors should not interpret payment of an APC as a guarantee of acceptance.
Publication Rights
Authors agree to the applicable copyright and licensing conditions associated with publication in IJSRMES.
Published articles may be distributed under the license stated on the relevant article.
Ethical Compliance
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their research complies with relevant ethical requirements, including requirements relating to human participants, animals, personal data, permissions, and informed consent where applicable.
Plagiarism and Misconduct
IJSRMES reserves the right to investigate suspected plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, authorship disputes, unethical research, or other forms of publication misconduct.

Changes to Policies

The latest version published on the official IJSRMES website shall apply to new submissions unless otherwise stated.
