Authors are required to complete the journal's applicable copyright and licensing formalities before publication.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, authors retain copyright in their original work, subject to the licensing terms under which the article is published.
By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to submit the work and to grant the rights required for its publication.
Author Responsibilities
Authors must ensure that:
- The submitted work is original and does not knowingly infringe the rights of others.
- All sources, figures, tables, data, and other third-party materials are appropriately acknowledged and cited.
- Necessary permission has been obtained for third-party copyrighted material where required.
- Any applicable copyright, permission, or licensing documents are completed before publication.
- The manuscript complies with applicable intellectual property and ethical requirements.
Open Access License
IJSRMES publishes its articles as open-access content.
Unless otherwise stated on the individual article or publication record, articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
Creative Commons License
Under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license, users may share and adapt the licensed material for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate attribution is given and the applicable license conditions are followed. Adapted material is subject to the applicable ShareAlike requirements.
Permitted Use
Subject to the applicable license terms, users may read, download, copy, share, and reuse published articles for lawful purposes.
Where an article is published under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, such use must comply with the license conditions, including attribution, non-commercial use, and applicable ShareAlike requirements.
Commercial Use
Commercial use of material published under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license is not permitted under that license unless separate permission or another applicable legal basis is obtained from the relevant rights holder.
Attribution
Any permitted reuse should provide appropriate credit to the original author(s), article title, IJSRMES as the publication source, and the applicable Creative Commons license.
Where reasonably practicable, the reuse should also include a link to the original article and the applicable license.
Third-Party Material
Material contained within a published article that is identified as being owned by a third party may not automatically be covered by the article's Creative Commons license.
Users are responsible for checking the applicable rights and obtaining separate permission where required.
